5" clown loach at LFS...

There is a nice looking 5" clown loach for sale at my LFS. He has a healed over injury towards his caudal fin that looks like it happened a long time ago and is fine now but slightly deformed. Other than that his marking are beautiful. They are asking $15.00 for him. Does this sound reasonable? How much does a 5" clown loach normally goes for?
