bangin87 is not all wrong. There are 2 ways of measuring a fish.

Standard Lenght: From head to the beginning of the tail (more used in commercial fishing)
Total Lenght: From head to the end of the tail (used in the tropical fish hobby and sport fishing)

Anyways you got some nice loaches

TL (Total Length) is usually what's used amoung hobbyists - SL (Standard Length) is somthing used in wholesale and importers.
