has anyone try breeding convicts in 5 gallon bucket? has anyone try it? i was bored and i was thinking it might actually work!! (i'm not gonna try)

I've never even thought about that, but I've seen 'em breed in a 10 gal. Why anyone would want to breed convicts is beyond me though. Don't criticize me for saying that, but there are just so damn many of them and no pet store is going to pay you for them.

That's not a challenge whatsoever. Convicts will breed in a puddle of water. Come to think of it, convicts would probably breed in a soggy wet towel. hahahaha

your arent really supposed to breed a pair in a tank smaller than 15. but it would probably be possible. i would definetly not try it.

You can buy a 10g for like 10.00 and it's easier to hang your filter/heater/light on. Not the best but better than a freakin bucket.
