5 gallon Refugium

Workin on converting my 20 gallon tall tank to a salt tank ( fish with live rock)

I have heard good things about refugiums for the health of liverock. I have a 5 gallon hex tank that really isn't doing anything special and was wondering if it was possible to make it into a refugium.

Do you guys have any websites or suggestions on what sort of plumbing / pumps i need.

What other than liverock and sand should i put in the ref, and how strong of a light should i get?

in such a small fuge,
live rock rubble on the bottom and a clump of cheato macroalgae would work fine
you need either the fuge or the 20g to overflow into the other tank though.
