5 inch mono in my tank?

I am looking to buy a 5 inch mono and need to know if you guys think it would do well. My signature has all my fish but my orino likes having other pbass around. He once hung around with a 3 inch monoc until my pacu ate it. But my flowerhorn has a bad attitude, and although the orino shows him whos boss he bullies most of the others around. Would the monoc and my orino rule? Or would the little monoc be singled out?

but you have some aggro fish in there.
plus,why do you have a pacu?

We know the capabilities of a pacu as far as size goes. We intend on putting him in a 5000+gallon heated kiddie pool. My fish have beat up lots of fish but have never picked on the pbass.
