5 new bichirs

Just received 4 nigerian endlis and 1 lap out of a recent Africa shipment from Nate @ Massive Aggression. Thanks, they look really good. They are in the holding bucket with a cover on top for now ... will take care of them later tonight after work. Here are some pictures. More update pics to come tomorrow after a regimen of salt bath tonight and some more deworming medication. Some of which has been done at the exporter and Nate but I hope to get any parasite that got missed the first 2 rounds.

i think that one is the lapradei.

awsome looking, BTW, how do you pronounce it?, i found many pronounceations of bichirs, Bee-sher seems to be most correct and closest to its french roots..., however some people say *****-er, bik-er, biker, bir-cer, bi-chars, bich-er....


whats right?,m see im plain white bread and i cant pass it off on a cool accent so i need to pronouce it properly... and i dont like the latin term as no one knows what im talking about, since your friend comes from whaere they are trapped and cought perhaps you could fill me in...
