Brought back some souveniers from my Peru vacation 2 weeks ago. Fish have been acclimated and quarantined for a week now and sucking down tons of feeders.
I have the larger ones together with my armatus and red tails and they're doing fine.
I was told that export of this fish is now restricted out of Peru.
Shipping, permits, customs, etc. set me back a lot more than expected and was quite a hassle...I see now what our sponsors go through.
$80 for small
$110 for large
Here's also a pic from the local fish market...you can see these guys get pretty big. Supposedly makes a really good soup too!
I'm in Downtown L.A. and local pickup is preferred, PayPal or cash.
Shipping via airport to airport could be done at your own expense if you purchase 6 or more, but I can't guarantee live delivery.
