Just got home from a week of being out of town. My blackbelt had this pimple appear while I was gone. He's in my 180 with 2 green terrors, a smaller Texas, a jack dempsey, a loiselli, and a pleco. No aggression, water parameters are good. I do 70% wc once a week. What is it and treatment?
