50 gal tank with fish

I have a 50 gal tank with 20 bucktooth tetras' 7 cons and 2 pacumasis. there is also 2 AC70's and various other things include with this tank.. This is a complete setup that I need to get rid of. My landlord said to i have to get it out of the APT NOW!!! No shipping, but willing to meet someone half way if not too far away. I live in Prosser, WA 99350.
