50 gal tank

I have a 50 gallon tank empty i am thinking of getting a senegal bichir. And i wanna find some mates to go with it. If u got any ideas of a good looking fish that will work good with him. Or of any othewr fish that will loook sweet tell me. I am open to anything. The bottom will be little gravel pieces.

You could probably get 2 more senegals. I think an african butterflyfish and some congo tetras would look nice. I would be sort of an african biotope. I've been considering this set up myself.

Yeah, I like the biotope idea. How about the sen, a ctenopoma, a couple butterflies, and a nice shoal of some sort of African tetra?
