Hi mfk bros hope everyone's fish are doing excellent!
Picked up a seaclear 50 gallon acrylic tank awhile back so it's been running a few months without any issues.
So when I got the tank there were 2 cracks 1 on top and 1 on the side a large scratch or pressure stress mark.
I posted some pics hoping that these issues won't effect the tank?
They haven't yet should I be worried about the top piece? I feel the side scratch is cosmetic and not an issue.
My 720 had stress scratches like that in the seams and the thing was in my living room without any issues for years.

The first picture could be easily repaired with a small patch of acrylic glued right on the inside with #16 acrylic cement. That second picture looks like a impact. Post some zoomed out photos so we can see how large the damage is.

Can I not repare the top for awhile or do I need to do it asap?
I can't bend the piece back together without taking all the water out and don't want to disturb the pipa frogs.

I would be very concerned about the big crescent shaped crack in the side... if it were below the water line. Since it is above the waterline I think the chances of it causing a problem are much less.

I would also repair the top break by sandwiching a piece of acrylic over it and bonding it with Weldon acrylic cement. How much of an issue it poses and how immediate the fix needs to happen is something you are going to have to evaluate for yourself.
