500+ calls/day from SPAMMERS phone bills off the charts

When I got my new phone back in January I was getting triple digit (1000) calls a day from spammers and people all over the world. people thinking I'm something like Karel from Florida. Another 1 asking for somebody called Ulzhan. I got a voicemail left to me from a lady screaming at me in Japanese on the phone. Then it was the maid accidentally spilled bleach on your couch. Then it was the Hispanic man talking about debt he owed. Then it was the INCREDIBLY rude lady from Washington that was swearing at me on the phone using the most atrocious language I have ever heard! I got 1 from a mortgage broker called jack from Nevada calling that my insurance is unwilling to pay for the tree that fell on her house. I even got a few texts of people asking me out. 1 from an old girlfriend wanting to catch up. I got 1 from an achaeaologist in Australia says she discovered an ancient tombstone And needs 100,000$ to hire an excavation team. Eventually things died down. I'm down to about 600 calls/day.

MY PHONE # BLOCKING LIST IS MAXED OUT AT 5000 BLOCKED PHONE #'S AND IT TAKES ME 30MINS TO SCHOLL THROUGH IT ALL...!

Nah most of them were guys. There was this 1 fat korean woman that was talking about an 'arranged marriage' I thought her dad was going to go Kim Yong-il up my ***. Nobody was local except for a few spammers calling about Hondas NEW clearance sale! OMG (hands on cheeks). Everybody was on the east coast, a few in canada, some south americans, LOTS of europeans, and a moderate amount of asians. And the 1 Australian archaeologist.
 
That is really strange. I've had my phone # for seven years and I've gotten one spam text (someone wrote me the text "xbox").

Do you give out your number to facebook apps? My wife got a bunch of spam texts after trying to get free Tom's shoes on a facebook phishing scam.
 
Lolololol I get the occasional you've won a 1,000$ gift card texts and unknown calls but no voicemails

No i dnt give away my phone #. IDK honestly, Sometimes I think my phone # might be hacked. I got a call from some random person and didnt answer. 5 minutes later its the same # and the guy said 'are you sure'? so I was wondering if somebody might be like 'barrowing' my phone # or something? Then he texted again a minute later and said 'ok meet me at Mcdonalds in an hour' But I never texted him back...

I would be talking to the service provider ASAP, that is pretty messed-up!
