what would be a good gar for a 500 gallon if possible pics please

most gar are well suited to a 500 gal:

longnose

short nose

spotted gar

tropical gar (if you can find one)

You forgot florida gar too.Depending on the actual tank dimensions just about any of the
true gars should work except the Alligator Gar

Tropical Gars are cool But yeah...good luck finding some
