I bought a 550 gallon pond pump at Menards for around 60$ and bought a bunch of PVC and made the sump that TheKingOfDIY has on his YT channel.
I haven't put the overflow or anything on, but the idea is to have a large tub full of pot scrubbies with the pump underneath the scrubbies, returning the water up to my 150 gallon predator tank.
My current livestock: Red Bellied Piranha, Albino Tiger Oscar, Jack Dempsey, and a Firemouth.
Will they be able to handle that much water flow?
