This tank's been up about 4 months now, going strong. Finding new hitchhikers on a weekly basis.
It's a 50 gallon Clear For Life with a built in wet/dry in the back. Have a venturi protein skimmer that picks up close to a cup a day of skimmate.
Inhabitants are:
1 gold striped maroon clown.
1 fire goby that has managed to survive residing under a burrow he's made in a rock.
1 fuzzy dwarf lionfish
1 green kelp wrasse
1 yellow tang
Lots of cleanup crew:
20 turbo snails
120 hermit crabs
Various others.
1 arrow crab.
Not sure on all of the corals but the main ones:
Various mushrooms and ric.
Blue sponge
Orange fan sponge
Hammer/torch coral
Leather coral
Polyps
Frogspawn
BTA that split only a week after introducing it recently.
I realize the tank's a bit small for long term and plan on upgrading to a cubed 90-110 gallon in the future with metal halides.
Currently running T5-HO x4 with two nano pumps (one attached to a wave timer) and a 400 GPH pump in the back to keep flow over the rocks in back. Return pump is rated at 500 GPH.
All in all it's doing very well.
