Yes they're set up, no they don't have filters, no they don't have etc, I have some etc that the buyer and I can talk about (4 bulb 2' fluorescent fixture w/assorted bulbs, dual 55w compact fluoro lamps w/o bulbs, several bottles of different SW essential elements, a few power heads, and probably a few other etc also), the stands are wood, and I'm in Corona.
