52 Fish in just a few hours

They stocked a small lake in my area with 3200 rainbows so I took my two younger brothers and my younger sister and we caught 52 fish in about 4 hours. It was AWESOME. Largest was about 15 inches. Not that big of trout but it was a blast.

Occasionally we would accidently kill one of the little guys and when we did there were two bald eagles that would swoop down and pick off the wounded fish.

It was a GREAT DAY!!!

I belive it. When those trout are just stocked they are on a feeding frenzy they will hit just about anything. Our opening day is the 21st ill be doing a bass tourny that day lol

In MN, you can only take stocked fish, and you can tell because the adipose fish is clipped.

Yeah they were stocked 5 days before we went out.

That fish wasn't even the prettiest of the fish. Oh man some were SOOOOO bright and colorful.

We did not keep any to eat. Yes you can eat them but we did not.
