540 gallon aquarium will this work ?

Hello I have corner overflow boxes with 1.5 Intake and 3/4 return. Total 2 1.5 intake and 2. 3/4 return how much flow could I get thru this set up its for a freshwater set up I will be getting 2 current USA 3170 PUMPS thank you for any information anyone can give. Pictures below is the TANK,PUMP AND I MIGHT BE GETTING THIS SUMP

The two pumps each ran though a 3/4 return line will limit pump flow significantly. Probably less than half of its flow rate at zero head. I would run one pump to two 3/4 lines and the second pump to a new 1.5" return line.

Or the return I can run 1inch then reduce it at the bulkhead for the 3/4 ?

Ditch the lock line and 3/4” pvc inside the overflow box. Instead use 1 1/2” and plump it over the top of the tank for each return pump. Then you can use the hole in the weir for a drain instead. That way you will be maximizing the potential flow of you setup.

Need more returns or larger size returns imo.
