540 gallon glass tank

I'm looking into buying a used tank about 540 gallons. It is made of 3/4 inch glass with 3 glass braces accross the top. The seals all look good and the seller has agreed to fill it up. The seller bought it a couple years ago from someone who owned it for about 3 years and is unsure of the brand. What should I look for. How can I tell the brand/quality. My wife would kill me if over 500 gallons of water ends up in our house! I'm also looking for ideas on how to move it if the deal works out. What would a fair price be for this tank? It measures 110x30x44. Thanks in advance.

If u were closer I would give u a killer deal on my 360 glass...Its 8x3x2...And its less then a year old...

Really spend time checking the silicone and the edges for chips or cracks. Good luck moving that, the tank alone I'd say a grand maybe more all depends on the deal. My 500g was a grand for just the tank and it's a lil rough but I like that it's acrylic
