55 gal filtration

im looking into getting a 55 gal tank kit. for one oscar that is it. the filter in the kit is a 250-bio-wheel, and i have a magnum 330 canister filter. sshould i use one or the other, or both. thanks id probly use both just because that means less tank matinence, and oscars are messy.

use both oscars are messy and prone to disease from dirty water conditions... do 2 water changes a week 30 percent of the water feed him a varied diet of protein and spirulina flake dont give him too much protein! he will outgrow that tank in 1 1/2 so get ready
