Ok so I want a nice fish or pair I've been thinking about beani or grammodes as a solo o a stalsbergi pair what do you guys think also for beani lover I've seen gold and a white variant for them is there a difference

I'd go with grammode for that size tank

I agree with spaz. Not only does it suite grammodes, beani is a slow growing fish. Slowest I`ve seen since I kept L. calvis. You may not be willing to tie up a tank for that long?

Ever raised Grammodes? They are also SUPER slow growers. I had mine for 6+ months, and they only grew from 1.5" to 2.5". I think either way, if he starts with juvies, he's got a LONG road ahead of him.

Any way you go, I think you'll be happy in the long run. They're all awesome fish.

Most stores won't give you nearly enough money to make up cost unless your pumping out a lot of fry. But they do sell relatively quickly at least in my area

Is this unlisted? I know he had small grammodes like a week ago but I dont see them listed at all now.
