55 gallon for life?

Im trying to get some ideas on maybe a single specie or smal group of fish to put in a 55 gallon for life.......willing to spend up to $300-$400 on fish to put in it.....any ideas? thanks! Kinda would like something unique but am stumped lol

Yes you can.

a group of firemouths or jewel cichlids! or find a nice pair of cichlids you can breed in there.
