At the moment it holds one Spotted Pike Characin (Boulengerella Maculata) juvie at around 4 1/2 inches and 3 Silver Dollars, each at around 1 1/2 inches in length. Now the original stocking plan was 1 African Knifefish, 3 African Leaf fish and 2 Senegal Bichirs. And well that obviously didn't pan out. I couldn't get them in around where I lived. I would have to make a trip to Cali and in that time I met this little pike at a shop in China Town.
But anyway, my question is, will I need to forget about the SD school and get a school of the pikes? The very few articles on them say that they're schooling fish, active or not. Or should I complete the SD school and keep it at one pike? I will be upgrading once they make it an obvious need in their size.
