alright so I know we have a bunch of Indiana members on here and I can't make 20 phone calls while I'm at work. So I wanted to ask who knows the cheapest place around Indy to buy a 55 gallon tank with no hood or stand or anything. Mine is leaking and I'm thinking I'll just replace the tank and then reseal my old one and use it as a sump. I have other tanks but none with stands ready so it is either the above idea or I'll have to build a stand tonight :( which I'm really not in the mood to do. So if anyone knows a cheap place to buy one or anything I would appreciate the help :)

Maybe talk to Steve (Repair), he seems to find a lot of good deals on tanks. I think the fish store on the southside, on Keystone (that used to be The Reef) had a used 55, but they still wanted something like $60 for it.

There is a factory second 75 in marion for $75 if that would help.

Maybe call picture perfect and art in motion and see if they have any deals

mmmmm you don't by any chance have the phone numbers for these places do you :)

I think if I can't find one cheap today I might just them all into my 75 gallon. The only problem is going to be my channel cat. Too big to put in there but probably too small to put in with any of my cichlid tanks :( Might try him with the Trimacs but those little bastards are evil, but sizewise about right.

This sucks, and my freaking Texas Cichlid is probably going to die too!!

Hey just come over and pick one up, pay what you want. I have 3 that I don't have room for.

I sent you a PM with my number.

Thanks everyon and a big thanks to Repair I appreciate this a lot. And Levi it's probably a good thing I'm not going to have to go to Marion otherwise I might have to set up all my tanks with the fish I would see up there. At least now though I'll have a tank that I'll wanna use for my two 150's and maybe I'll get those up and running soon.

repair to the rescue!!!!!!!!!!

yeah I really can't thank all of you guys enough for everything. If it wasn't for this site and you guys I would only have two aquariums and not near as many fish:D Now I also have a FH/Texas too thanks to Repair. And she(I think) seems to be taking a shining to my largest male Trimac(but the bigger they get the more I'm thinking they are actually FH's) Which if they are I want to get some more from Rapps and try to breed them since there are hardly any available. But that is a whole other thread. Anyways thanks to Repair, Rallysman and all of MFK:headbang2 :headbang2 :headbang2
