55 gallon lighting

I am trying to find good lighting for my 55g planted aquarium. The aquarium with house fish, plants and inverts and I'm not looking to add CO2.

What light fixture and lights would you guys recommend i get for my 55 gallon?

I have glass tops so i want to get a standing 48" light fixture.

T5 normal output or T8. I think the depth is 20/21 inches on a 55 right? You are gonna need like 3-4 T8 bulbs, or could go with a dual T5 NO fixture. You could go to home depot or lowes and buy 2 of their shop lights. That would be a total of 4 T8 bulbs.
