my buddy is starting a reef tank, he talked to me cause he knows i have all my tanks but i don't do salt. he has before but wants to make sure it's right this time so i have a couple quick questions. what turnover rate do most shoot for, what brand in-sump skimmer is preferred, and how much in tank water movement ( i love and suggested koralia's but didn't know how much movement he needed) ? thanks guys.

best in sump skimmer is ASM. I try to get the water movement 10 times the amount the more flow the better. PM me if you have any more questions
