55 gallon saltwater tank

I am looking to start a 55 gallon saltwater fish tank and I need a cover for the tank what is the best way to go about it. I was looking at these

36" x 18" Versa-Top50 / 65 gallon,
requires center brace2 - 16-7/8" x 14-1/4" panels

Depending on what you plan on putting in there, you may not need one.

i agree, do a quick run down on what your intending to keep and make your decision that way. If your keeping jumpy fish then get a lid, if not then dont worry about it, unless of course you have cats or curious kids lol.

Are you intending on going reef with this tank and do you have a canopy??
