55 Gallon Setup Philadelphia, PA Pick up only

I have a 55 gallon tank that is less than a year old. The stand is black pine and is a nice piece of furniture.
The tank can be used for either fish or turtles and will come with the supplies for both.
Included is 200 watt heater, a Fluval 305 canister filter, a screen cover, heat lamp, UV lamp, and T-5 plant growing light fixture (used for less than 3 months).
Also included is the drift wood, fake plants, and Flourite used for substrate.
