55 gallon stand

Ok so I have. 55 gallon tank and I also have $40 to spend(on a tight budget) will I be able to make a good stand with this or should I just buy a metal stand that I saw for $60 (might be able to get money)

I built a stand for my 70g for $22 (and $9 was for 100 screws, even though i only needed like 20 my dad just wanted more screws for himself) so could be cheaper if you have the tools like chizzle said
