55 gallon stocking advice

so i am putting back up my 55 gallon and was wondering what kind of comunity colorful fish i could put in. any sugs appreciated.

How about a minnow and darter community. If you want tropicals then get a school of columbian tetras and a school if black skirts with a centerpiece fish for attention, something like a rainbow cichlid and a school of about 8 corydoras.

I like the redline shark suggestion and a school of odessa barbs, these guys really have the color.
