Hello I am looking at getting another 55 gallon tank and was wondering what I could put in it? I was thinking of putting in a red devil and maybe another smaller fish that's fast enough to get away or maybe can fight back or another thing I was thinking about was getting a couple smaller cichlids that are aggressive instead of the red devil. What are your thoughts?

if you want cool aggressive f ish , maybe try the hemichromis elongatus, the 5 star general... its an african fish but very cool .. the rd+ ANYTHING in a 55 is a death sentence for the other fish, as a matter of fact a solo rd might outgrow a 55, you could try that though, it might work.in the 55 ,a 5 star and a cat + some giant danios might work well
you mean cat right?lol,,, striped raphael or several types of synodontis do well in 55's...
