55 gallon sump, flow recommendation?

I have a 240 Gallon tank and wanted to know how much flow (gph) should i have with a 55 gallon sump. Also running 2 fx5s on the tank.

Currently looking into getting a CPR overflow, i like how its designed.

i say go low flow - like a net of 600-800 gph

and use powerheads in the tank if you want more flow

anyone else? 800 gph seems kinda low to me.

The goal is to give your biological filter chance to convert the ammonia and nitrites. You have two FX-5's for mech so 800 isn't too low. That being said I think if you put a MAG-12 on it, it'd work perfectly.
