Driving around Pittsburgh area and happened upon 55 g tank and stand at curb with Free sign. Guy at house couldn't say what was it it, how long it was empty, as it was his son's who asked him to put it out for him since his neighborhood got more traffic. My question is, what prep should I do before I set it up to get a cycle going for fish? Soak with water bleach solution? or add aquarium salt when I am checking for leaks? thanks in advance for your help and advice
