Well, I'm sure this is an update that some of you folks will like. But for me this is an update I know I had to do, but not this early. Anyway I had a person who came last week, that my dad knew. So he comes looking in my tank and saws ''wow thats a 55....I will give you 50 dollars for all those fish that will outgrow your tank.'' I was thinking to myself what size tank is?? Believe it or not they went to a 220. He put it with discus. I trusted him so I sold. If he keeps discus he must be a good fish keeper. Short story short, he walked out with the 2 id sharks, 3 small silverdollars, the fire eel (my fav. fish :irked:), and my clown knife. Now I have my 3 large silverdollars, gar, and bichir. But thats what I thought........:grinno: Anyways 3 hours later, he calls me back and says,'' Alex, I have a problem with my 220. Nothing with the new fish. My 2 catfish are bothering all the discus.'' He called them hockey stick catfish. He gets here with em and they are about 3.5''. Low and behold 2 of my favorite cats.... a Tiger Shovelnose catfish and a lima shovelnose catfish.
I am just going to grow out the tsn and keep the lima,.
I am glad my tank ain't overstocked agian.... the parms are perfect now.
 
well dont get to attached to that tiger shovel nose cause it will quickly outgrow that tank. meaning 1 month. the lima wont be to far behind it.
 
Nice.. tsn I just got one from my job and a lima shovelnose both at 3.5''-4''. I didn't even have to pay...lol I guess its empolyees first then customers. A guy must have knew we were getting a tsn in , so he came in looking for one and saw me bagging him up... he was like damn I was searching for one that size... then he also complained about the lima...lol

It says here you got the fish from your job. But in this thread you got the catfish from one of your dad's friend. Why LIE.

Dude, you get caught like every time you make up another lie/excuse for picking up a fish you can't take care of. I mean, really? Are TSNs even that great? :screwy:

If he did then great, but why lie. Why even lie, why tell someone it got out and died. Why?

This isn't the first time he's lied or not told us all the information.
