55 gallon????

setting up 55 gallon tank wondering what is the badest monster that can live his whole life happily in it?
no paranha illegal!!!!

I would go for a Leaf fish, they are pretty cool. they get to about 8'

i would do a cichlid community tank either SA planted or African tank

Don't know much about them other than they are one of the smaller sp. You should pm Fish room plus about them. They just recently sold one.

yeeeah i got the same problem ... empty 55 gallon tank ... piranhas illegal... and want to do something unique!

I would do a community of smaller SA and CA cichlids. Like some firemouths and port acaras. Something like that would be awsome at feeding time and look good.
