55 sump?

can i use a 10 gallon as a sump for my 55?

what would i need to to setup a sump?

You dOnt need a sumP for 55 gallons. Just get a ac110

A sump should be a minimum of 1/3 the size of your tank, honestly I wouldn't go less then 20 or 25 gallons. And yes you can go with a ac110 but there are other benefits of having a sump like increased total water volume.
