Helped a buddy of mine move his oscar, book parrot and pleco from an extremely cramped 55 to a 125.
Here are so before pictures.

The oscar is pretty big. Easily 11 inches and around 2 inches thick.

After about 4-5 hours we had the guys in the new tank.

We still need to add some decor but the important stuff is done.

He will be attempting to add a 5-6 inch salvini in a few weeks once he heals from a recent, severe, beating he/she took. Not sure if it's male or female because of its scales are missing.

Thanks for looking!

What a difference! Those fish will be so much happier. The salvini will have a blue/black blotch on the dorsal fin if female. Who beat up the sal? The Oscar?

Awsome they will love that! You can really tell those two are pals the way they are huddled up together in the 125.

Always good to see fish getting a long needed upgrade.

My friend was pretty happy to size up the tank. He knew they were in need of an upgrade.

That's what we saying. They were basically holding hands haha.

Quick story... I went to one of the lfs and saw a tank full of salvinis and one that was on the verge of death. The guys there gave me the dying sal. I took it back to my store to rehabilitate it. It's missing most it's fins and scales. It's just looks brown and black right now. I'm leaning towards male though because it's sill petty beefy.
