That's a good start to the tank, you may want to add lots more rocks so you can break the line of sight between fish and also make lots of caves for them to claim as their territory.
The tank looks good. As far as rock, I might add a little bit more, but it depends on your stock. If you have peacocks then you don't need the exorbitant amount of rock mbuna need, but still want it so they can hide behind. It looks to me like you have a yellow lab and a peacock - can't tell if there are more in there. With that stock (and if you plan on adding more mbuna and peacocks) I might try to build up more rock on one side of the tank for the mbuna and then leave one end more open for the peacocks. Just a suggestion, but I think the tank is looking good.
