Hey guys,
Unfortunately, after a lot of thinking, I have decided that it would be best for me to let go of my fish and tanks. I am most likely going to have to be moving soon, for grad school, and moving around and large aquaria dont mix well together. I hope to still be able to have aquarliums, but I will probably have to downsize to a 5 or 10g.
Altogether right now I have:
55g tank w/glass lids + a nice compact fluorescent lighting fixture
Large planted driftwood in 55
20gL tank
55g metal stand
Whisper power filter 50
Whisper 30
Whisper 3
Eheim Pro II (either 2026 or 2028 cant remember)
2 Green Terrors ~5in
1 Bluegill ~6in
1 Jack Dempsey ~3in
All of this can be seen in the picture. About the the picture: the tanks look a bit cloudy and the glass could use some cleaning, but I had just finished changing the waters in both when I thought maybe I should take a picture for this post. The 20L has some hardwater mineral buildup, but nothing that wont clean off with some scrubbing.
Also, (not pictured) a bunch of Kens fish food (some unopened), and other assorted Hikari food
I am not looking to make money off of this, as fishkeeping and breeding is a passion of mine in its own, but I feel that, especially with the equipment involved, I cant let them go for free. Obviously, I cant sell the tanks and but not the fish, so youd probably have to take them as a package deal. If you just want the fish (for free!) that is probably okay too. I will let the equipment go with the fish for a very minimal cost compared to what I purchased it for.
Youd have to pick these up. Id drain the tanks, and bag the fish (might want to just bring a bucket for them), and help get the tanks to your car (I live in a second floor apartment). Then theyd be all yours.
PM me if you are interested, and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks!
