Just set up my 55g last night for brackish. It was a growing out home for my parrot cichlids until I moved the to their new 120g home. Am rescuing a red scat from a client who has it in fresh water...so this will be his new home until I find another used large tank to upgrade him to. Going to try some figure 8 puffers with him, have them on order from the LFS so hopefully have them in the next few weeks.

Here are stocking pics...they are only in the 55 until they outgrow it. I have a 150 at my business, but I'm weird and don't like the idea of having fish at work as I hate leaving them on the weekends and when I don't work, since I am only there part time. My apartment can't handle a 120 AND a 150 as well as all my other smaller tanks, so....for now they are at home in a 55 with me. Lame huh? heh. Good thing they are just babies so I can enjoy them at home for awhile.

Nova - Red Scat - sorry for bad picture, she's not comfortable enough to come out of hiding in the back yet

Stitch the Violet Goby - took picture when he was in my 120g freshwater tank yet. LFS had him in freshwater so I had him in my 120 parrot/leporinus tank for a few days until I could research how to acclimate him to the brackish.
