55g Decoration Rock?

I've seen a few fish tanks in the 55g to 75g range that are freshwater, but look like they have large rock, almost like coral... I know it can't be live, but it looks great... Does anyone know what it is, or where I can get some?

might be dead coral. I have seen it in a few stores for mbuna, but I don't like it because it can hurt the fish.

There's lots of different rock available... texas holey rock is nice, I've got limerock around my house that is nice and holey/textured, the lava rock posted above, etc. Not to mention building stuff that just looks like rock ...
