So i'm converting my 55g fancy goldfish tank into something else but im not quite sure what fish I want/can have. I currently have 2 goldfish and 1 large angel in the tank, however the goldfish are being taken to my lfs in less then 12 hours so then i'll just have the one angel. My tank is about 6 months old, running a penguin 350 filter, and the dimensions are 18x12x48. The lone angel in there is a pretty big guy about 6-7inches long and 7-8 inches tall and seems to have a pretty passive personality. I really can't stand watching fish constantly fight and the tank is in my room right across from bed so it's the first thing I see pretty much every time I wake up/sleep/leave or enter the room/etc so I don't want anything overly aggressive. I'm definitely thinking i'd like to add more angels anywhere between 1-4 more. I'm also interested in pictus catfish, gouramis , rainbow fish, congo tetras, cory cats, and german blue rams. I'm also completely open to any other suggestions.
So yeah, help on deciding which fish to go with/how many of each?
