Yes, another tank stocking thread!
I'll try and keep it short lol.

55g
Planted, whether it stays that way or not is anyones guess
Heavy Filtration, frequent water changes and all that

Here's what I'm thinking, and I just started thinking about this yesterday so feel free to make some changes

Senegal Bichir
Firemouth x3
Severum
Blue Acara
Some kind of medium sized schooler x6

Too much? Too little? Bad combination?
Let me here your thoughts!

I'd drop the sev. They get pretty big. Other than that you look good. The firemouths might have an issue if 2 of the three form a pair.

Thanks for the fast reply! Hmmmm...If the firemouths pair I have another tank for the outcast. Anything I could replace the sev with? I'd like to have the one bigger "centerpiece" fish if you know what I mean.

I wasn't thinking of buying a ton of stuff, I'll probably just drop by petland and get them from there. Thinking barbs. Why, what did you have in mind?
