55g tank with 750gph filtration

Ii recently bought a aqua clear 110g filter already had a 50g aqua clear filter plus a undergravel filter I want to remove the undergravel filter should I just take out the tubes-spots or take out the entire thing including the bottom plat form?

Take it all out during a water change so that you can get all the debris out.

It will be easier for the fish waste to collect under the plate and therefore effect the nitrate level.
