haha your THE MAN zen! My main concern would be the drain/ drip plate// water disbursement setup. I will definitely try to make the bio chamber as large as possible. Drawing printed for reference- thanks zen!
I feel it is very important to thoroughly mechanically filter the water prior to putting it through Bio Media. Solid waste has the potential to clog pores thus making Bio Media far less efficient.
　
Personally, I would have thorough mechanical filtration in the first couple of chambers, then spill over onto a drip tray to be spread over the Bio Media…
　
Your design appears to leave a very large area in the middle that is unused. Therefore you should have plenty of room to shift your Bio Media chamber to the right and put mechanical filtration to the far left…
　
Also, have you considered planting the empty section in the middle? I’ve made a sump design recently and I’ve chosen to make a section that has java moss in a large egg crate / plastic screen cube. This will prevent the java moss from getting tangled up in the pump or clogging it’s intake.

those partition locations are not yet decided, it will depend on the size of biochamber needed and the size and height of the pump intake...

You can put your Mechanical on top above the drip plate the conventional way
or
add a chamber to the left of the bio-chamber and use a "sock" filter under the inlet, then have the water overflow on the top of the drip plate which would be over the SCRUBBIES...
that diagram is just a basic layout, the partitions of course can be put where ever you want/need...
When I get back home I'll do another diagram showing the Mech filter with a sock in the first chamber...be home soon...~B
