55gallon question

I currently have a 55 gallon tank with the following
1)Male Connvict
1)Firemouth
1)Comm Pleco
3)Pictus cats

Was wondering if I can add any other fish like another medium size cichlid or any other species would be appreciated as well.

yes.. depending on the size of your current fish and how much more they will grow. I would say your good to go. Be prepared for the future. I have been progressively growing fish from young-ins and moving the into larger tanks as needed. Sometimes you just gotta upgrade. Good luck.

What kind of sevrums I really like the Rockteil but around here their kinda hard to find and how big do they get?

Haha yeah im not to sure what they look like but do you think the sev would be able to hang with a male conn?

add about a dozen buenas aires tetras or a dozen australian rainbows......these would make the tank look more community like........as for cichlids you could add a rainbow cichlid or some keyhole cichlids......

I like the severum suggestion I just have to find a rockteil sev big enough to put in the tank. Was wondering if anyone can post a pic of a rockteil sev as a juvie an adult.

I was thinking what about a Salvani?
