56 gallon planted column tank, what bulbs to get?

got this tank, stand, dual t5 HO fixture for a steal off craigslist, figured i'd do a planted grow out for my mbu puffer. the T5 HO fixture is made by SolarMax, Has the original bulbs ( one night, one day ).

Here's the question; What bulbs should I purchase for adequate lighting?

I'll be running c02 on the tank; I plan on having anubis, java fern, moss (undecided), and a carpeting plant (undecided)

Any bulb that fits your fixture around 5500k to 6700k.
