5'x3'x2' black arow tank

I don't think so.. id say 7x4.. ideally 8x4

Black arowana should be kept in a tank with a length no less then 3x it's own lenght. Your tank would be good for up to a 20" black maybe could stretch it to 24" but eventually the aro would become half as long as your tank.
 
6x4 is ok but a little cramped length wise. Many people keep aros in smaller tanks than this but 8x4 would be better. Tanks like these are custom made and cost thousands of dollars. You may want to consider making a plywood tank to save money. Black aros are great. Hope it works out for you.
 
why not get a jar? you could keep it in a 6x4
