6" female motoro!!!

Hi,
He's my little ray. She's the coolest fish ever and eats like a pig.
Sorry, My camera thinks all the pics ought to be sideways or upside down.

very spotty little motoro.

her tail looks alittle thin. when you say she eats like a pig, what are you feeding her and how much?
she looks really nice just needs to put some weight on.
how long have you had her?

I "rescued" her from a pet store that got her in accidentally. i've had her for 3 days and she eats mostly 3-5 earthworms a day that I cut up. when the petstore got her, you could nearly see her whole pelvis, so she has improved greatly so far.

I normally wouldn't buy a fish like that, but I felt so sorry for her being that she may have died and they were going to put her in a 20 gallon tank!!!! also, the petstore sold her to me for only $40 and I happened to be looking for a motoro.

The pics were taken a few days ago, when I just got her. you can no longer see her pelvis and her tail looks a lot less thin.

nice one!, continue to feed her as much as she will eat as often as possible like 3 or 4 times aday.

thanks. She acts like my dog. she's obviously extremely smart, loves attention and begs for food. It's awesome. Are all rays like that?
