So, like i stated in my other thread i am planning on purchasing a 8" silver arowana. Several people believe that its a bad idea to put it with my 20" silvers. I was wondering if it would be alright to put it in with a 6" flowerhorn for about a week? I am planning on moving my 150 into my room and would need to house it there until i reset up the 150.

flowerhorn and arowana dont mix, the flowerhorn has too much of bad attitude toward others.
in my case my flowerhorn try to take on my aro, my aro is too elusive for the flowerhorn and in the end my flower horn got bitten left and right and i had to seperated them again LOL
its like silva anderson taking down other fighters

Laimon looks like he is packing on the pounds in your avatar.......

If this is only for a week.. just put a partition in the 150G and then you don't have to worry about the compatibility of the FH and the Aro.

Without the partition, this combination is almost definitely not work..even for a week.

The flowerhorn is being kept in a 50 gallon, the 150 needs to be drained and have all its gravel removed in order to stand it up on its side to slide into my room. The rest of my fish will be going into the 240 gallon i just bought.
